Erica Weir believes that the best aesthetic outcomes are built on a foundation of rigorous clinical safety and personalized, luxury care. As a California-licensed Registered Nurse holding a Master of Science in Nursing from Western University of Health Sciences, Erica's nursing career began in high-stakes environments like the Emergency Department and Labor & Delivery wards. This extensive background in acute medicine gifted her with sharp clinical intuition, impeccable precision, and a calm, reassuring bedside manner.
Driven by a passion for skin health and regenerative therapies, Erica successfully translated her clinical mastery into the field of medical aesthetics. She has undergone rigorous, advanced hands-on training with top industry leaders, mastering neurotoxins, advanced laser resurfacing, microneedling, and PRP/PRF applications. Whether conducting a comprehensive facial assessment or designing a detailed post-treatment plan, Erica leverages her dual fluency in English and Russian to connect deeply with a diverse clientele. Outside the clinic, she draws on her deep roots in community health and a rich history of academic excellence—including graduating magna cum laude with her health sciences degree—to deliver safe, customized, and transformative aesthetic results.
